Director of Golf, Golfhub As the Director of Golf at Golfhub, Lucas combines a modern, athletic approach to the game with elite technical training. A certified member of the PGA of Sweden (2021) and an alumnus of the world-renowned IMG Academy in Florida, Lucas has spent his career studying what makes a golfer successful—from the tee box to the scorecard.

His background is a unique blend of raw power and technical precision. A former Long Drive competitor with a tournament personal best of 371 meters, Lucas understands the biomechanics of speed. He also brings competitive experience from the Sweden Tour, MENA Tour, and AJGA.

Lucas honed his playing pedigree at the Claude Harmon Performance Academy in Dubai, where he trained under Alex Riggs at The Els Club (2015–2018). This exposure to world-class instruction shaped his belief that golf is not about copying a method, but understanding your own body.

My Philosophy: Build the Golfer, Not the Swinger I do not believe in “one swing fits all.” Trying to force a player into a textbook position often leads to frustration and injury. Instead, I focus on biomechanics and feel. I work with your unique physiology to build a swing that is efficient, powerful, and repeatable for you. We focus on producing ball flight and results, not just a swing that looks pretty on camera.

Beyond the Mechanics A great swing is useless without a plan. My coaching places a heavy emphasis on course management and mental strategy. I help students build strong foundations and smarter decision-making processes that lower scores, regardless of how they are hitting the ball that day.
